Managed by Brent Hislop, he values down-to-earth relationships and takes an active role with every customer.

A few Quick Facts about our managing partner :

Experience.

Brent's experiences have led to the successful acquisition, development, and sale of 60+ high-quality properties, accounting for 2,000 acres and 4,000 lots. These projects range from custom-designed neighborhoods to complex 500 ac. master-planned communities including a full mixture of homes & commercial uses.

Brent stays actively involved in an number of industry groups including: The Developer's Council, the Builder's Association, & the Sensible Land Use Coalition.

Education.

Brent earned his Bachelor's Degree in Government Relations at Wheaton College and a Master's Degree (M.B.A. - Real Estate) from the Univ. of St. Thomas' School of Business. He also holds a professional real estate broker's license.

Personal Notes.

Tied to his passion for land is Brent's appreciation of the outdoors. His favorite pastime includes spending time with his family and friends – on the water, in the woods, and at the campsite. He also enjoys church & coaching youth activities.

Military Service.

An honors graduate of the J.F.K. Special Warfare School, Brent served as a Civil-Military Liaison for the U.S. Special Operations Command and the United Nations. During this service, he managed a wide range of overseas development projects and humanitarian relief efforts – a unique & rewarding experience.
